The Everest View Trek is the shortest and one of the easiest treks in the Everest region, offering an exceptional panoramic view of Mt. Everest. Ideal for those with limited time, this trek is physically less challenging compared to other treks in the region. The journey begins with a 4-5 hours drive to Manthali airport and 20 minutes flights to Lukla.
From there, the trail along the Dudhkoshi River leads us to the famous Sherpa village, Namche Bazar's main commercial hub of the Everest region. We then trek to the beautiful Khumjung, also known as Green Valley, another Sherpa village renowned for its long Mani Walls and Whitewashed Stupa. In Khumjung, we have the chance to see the mysterious yeti skull housed in the Khumjung Monastery. To capture the best view of Mt. Everest, we stay at Hotel Everest View, one of the first modern hotels in the Everest region, built in 1971 and listed in the Guinness Book of World Records for its location at 3,880 meters above sea level. The hotel offers a 360-degree panoramic view of surrounding mountains, including Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Khumbi Yulha, Tabuche, Amadablam, Thamserku, and the Kongde range. Guests can enjoy breathtaking sunrise and sunset views over Everest from the luxury rooms. After this unforgettable experience, we retrace the trail to Lukla.
